Bec and I wish to thank you for all your wonderful help and advice on the purchase of our investment property. From experience it is very rare to find someone who displays a passion and high level of expertise in their profession. Our initial discussion with own bank, ................., could have proved disastrous.  

Prior to discussing finance with you we spoke with the banks lending specialist in the belief they would know how to structure a loan to suit our needs and provide better service. How wrong was I! The lending specialists had difficulty understanding the technical aspects of our requirements then suggested a loan structure which involved taking control of all our securities therefore limiting our ability to buy more property in the future. We were not pleased so we thought we would give you a call to obtain a second opinion.

Amazingly not only were you able to make some excellent suggestions which didn’t limit our future buying capacity but you were also able to do it through our current bank. We then realised we had discovered a real specialist.
