Bernie has more than 28 years banking and finance broking experience and was the founding Managing Director of Statewide Home Loans Centre. Previously he was a District Manager with St George Building Society, a business analyst for Stacks The Law Firm and the Secretary Manager of two Housing Co-Operative Societies in the Hastings.

On the 1st July 2008, he established BLUE CHIP MORTGAGES and BLUE CHIP INVESTMENT CLUB to develop a fresh approach in Finance Broking and Property Investment..

Helen Cheers JP AMB DIP-FNS, Director

Helen started in the banking industry 26 years ago and worked through to become the Regional Lending Manager of Australia’s largest bank.

Helen joined one of North Coast’s Leading Finance Brokers Group in 1999 in the capacity of Lending and Training Manager.

She continued in that role until 2008 and then left to set up BLUE CHIP MORTGAGE GROUP.

Michael Chambers JP AFB DIP-FNS SA Fin, Associate

 

Michael has had comprehensive Banking career stretching 30 years which included Senior Branch Management and a period as National Manager for Housing Products. In this latter role he oversaw the introduction of innovative products which are in general use today.

In 2001 Michael set up his own consultancy firm specializing in Property Investment and loan structuring. He has considerable experience in portfolio building and strategic borrowing to assist financial independence.

In 2008 he joined forces with Blue Chip Mortgage Group to head up our investment club. His passion for property knows no bounds.

Carol Kepars, Director

Carol is the Administration and Quality Control Manager. Besides running her own very successful businesses in the past, in the last 18 years her passion has been the Mortgage Brokers Industry developing strategic and strong relationships with all the major lenders. She is the ultimate people person.
